Offering kids all the usual stuff you would expect

to gain from learning a good martial art:

Exercise, Discipline, Focus, Respect, Self defence

                                                                                                                 and Confidence.

But through games and progressive learning of

techniques, rather than set rigid structure that

can often make learning a chore.

When arriving for their first FREE class, we ask that you are a little earlier than the start time, your child be wearing joggers and a T Shirt and have some water to hand.

Should they find that Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is for them, they will need to have a Gi (Kimono) to train in.

(Please ask an instructor and they can point you in the right direction of where to find one).

As is often the case with children, plans can and often do change. . . with this in mind we don't require you to book a space, just come along and get them started.

You will find us at The Old Bakery Studios on Malpas Road, with nearby parking at Garras Wharf or at the shoppers car park in Old Bridge Street.
